Agent-ready locations

When your customer sends an AI to hire a pro, it should pick you.

Google's AI already phones local businesses to ask for prices, and agents like Meta's Muse send quote requests for the people who use them. Cheers publishes your price ranges, fixes your profiles and phone paths, and makes every location easy to book, for people and for their AI.

What an agent needs from every location

A price range

Even a range with “final price after inspection” gives the agent an answer to bring back.

Someone who answers

A phone that gets picked up, or a request that gets a reply in minutes.

A booking path it can finish

A link to your real scheduler, or a form that isn't hidden behind a puzzle.

A profile that matches reality

Hours, services, service areas and booking links that are right at every location.

Recent reviews with replies

Proof that customers keep choosing you and that someone is home.

Pages a machine can read

Services, prices and places in plain text and structured data, not only in scripts and images.

It's already happening

Agents ask for a price. Most businesses don't give one.

48%

of the Google AI pricing calls that businesses answered got no price. They missed another 26% of calls outright.

The shift

Search became answers. Answers are becoming errands.

An answer engine reads for you. An agent runs the errand: it compares businesses, calls or messages them, and brings back a price and a time. Google's AI has called local businesses for prices since July 2025, Gemini started testing calls that get quotes and book appointments on September 24, and Angi, Thumbtack and Yelp now work inside ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.

An agent has to come back with an answer, so it favors businesses that give one. Across the Google profiles connected to Cheers, one service in more than twenty thousand lists a price. On four home-service sites we manage, AI agents working for real people went straight to coupon, contact, offer and cost pages over 36 days, and none of them finished a lead form.

Multi-location brands can move first. Google picks which businesses to call from local rankings, and what a business tells its AI can answer other people's similar requests. A brand that sets price ranges, phone paths and profile standards once can push them to every location, including the ones it buys next year.

What we do at every location

We close the gaps. You don't log in to do it.

Price ranges, published

On your Google profiles, service pages and structured data, with “final price after inspection” wherever that's true.

Phones ready for AI callers

We check Google's automated-call settings at every location and give whoever answers, your CSRs, Broccoli or Avoca, a short script: the range, the next opening, the booking link.

Booking an agent can finish

Links to the scheduler you already run, and request forms that don't block a legitimate assistant.

Profiles that match reality

Hours, services, service areas and booking links kept right across every location, including acquisitions.

Reviews with replies

Employee badges keep recent reviews coming, and replies show people and agents that someone is paying attention.

Measured, not guessed

We track which AI answers name you and log the agent visits and contacts we can see. Anything we can't see is reported as unknown, not zero.

Badge-credited reviews are live Google reviews a customer received through an employee's Cheers badge since that customer started; 98.5% are five-star.

Pages a machine can read

Same brand. A site people and agents can use.

True Plumbing's old site was two sites stacked together: the one a homeowner saw, and 568 near-identical city and ZIP pages that existed for search engines. We kept the brand and the van and rebuilt everything around them.

The before measurements use Cheers' pre-launch copy of each old site served without the original host's delay, so the real gap was at least this large. Structured-data counts come from Cheers' crawls on June 10 and September 28, 2026.

FAQ

The honest questions.

Some are. Gemini's calling is a test and Meta's connector program is a preview. Google's AI pricing calls are live, though, and everything we do first (prices, phones that get answered, correct profiles, reviews, forms that work) wins human customers and AI answers today, whether or not a given agent ships on time.
