Creating trust in a way that AI can read it, too.

AI assistants don’t browse your website like people. Assistants scan for facts they can verify. To show up in AI-driven results, you need to make your proof easy for machines to understand. Enter Evidence Hubs. Think of them as profile pages for every location and employee, showing reviews, licenses, photos, and certifications all in one place. When AI sees that clean, consistent data, it knows you’re a real business doing real work right now and it can confidently recommend you.

To help AI read those pages, you’ll use something called JSON-LD (structured data). It’s akin to adding labels to your already ordered facts. For a location, that means clearly listing your business name, address, phone number, hours, and services. For employees, include their name, role, credentials, and verified licenses. By marking up that data correctly, you’re telling AI: “Here’s exactly who we are, what we do, and why we’re trustworthy.”

For businesses with multiple locations, standardization is key. Use the same naming format, link employee profiles to their branch, and make sure each review or badge is connected to the person who earned it. Run simple checks a few times a year to fix outdated info or duplicates. If you use a CRM or website builder, set it up to automatically update these profiles when things change so you stay consistent everywhere your brand appears online.

When your data is clean and your proof is easy to parse, you become the obvious recommendation. AI assistants find your information faster, trust your credibility more, and surface your business before competitors. Building Evidence Hubs isn’t just a tech exercise but the way you turn exceptional service you are already completing into verifiable, machine-readable trust.
